Grater`s Ice Cream in Louisville

All I can say is WOW! I ordered 2 scoops and got 6; turns out a single scoop is actually 3. The butter pecan is fabulous, chock full of pecans.

I order a milkshake and I was really good it didn’t disappoint, however they could have blended it up more because it was really chunky and the chocolate chips would continuously get stuck in the straw. But outside of that it was really good.

I always love coming here. The ice cream choices are delicious, and has a great atmosphere.

Good ice cream, but very unsanitary. None of the workers wear gloves or wash their hands. Even tried to give them another chance after a previous experience with my wife and daughter. It was more of the same. Handling money, credit cards and then picking up cones and scooping ice cream. After my wife’s review about their sanitary practices and their lack of attention to customer service...we will not be back.

The best ice cream you can find. Black raspberry chip is delicious, but pretty much anything there is...especially if it has "chips" which are really chunks of chocolate.

Service sucked. Renee stopped helping customers to train new person, 5 people in line and only one person to serve the customers. It took a while needless to say.

I always love the ice cream at Graeter's. Their standard flavors are great, and there's a continually-rotating selection of seasonal flavors that are always good as well. Recommended.

Awesome ice cream parlor to eat at. Service was quick, and the staff was very friendly. The place was very clean. Nice appearance and decorations, nice wall design, overall pleasant atmosphere. Graeter’s Ice Cream has many different flavors, bth regular and seasonal. They have many options on the menu, from ice cream in cups and cones to other specialties, like sundaes and milkshakes.

Probably the best ice cream franchise to go to if you want some good ice cream. Very creamy, chunky, nice texture. Every good characteristic that great ice cream should have. The staff is usually pretty friendly also. Black raspberry chocolate chip is my family's favorite

Graeter’s is a household name. Nice spot to hang out at the ice-cream is of course delicious.

The best ice cream around. Wonderful daily and seasonal flavors. Huge chunks of chocolate in all the chip varieties. Little pricey, but completely worth it.

This place should be shut down by the health department. They don’t wash their hands ever and the girl coughed on her hand after handling money and then handed me my ice cream. No thanks.

Simply incredible ice cream, but I've given up on this particular store. I'm willing to pay the premium prices because the product is fantastic. I'm NOT willing to receive golf ball size scoops and hand over $5.75. The "rewards" program has turned into a joke as well, and the Graeters website just doesn't work, so no feedback and no rewards. That's fine, since I will be going to the grocery for pints in the future or visiting stores that still really dish it out like they used to.

The sundaes here are very much worth every penny. It is quality ice cream and the service is always friendly.

Best icecream and always great service

First timer here and it had a nice old fashioned upscale feel. Purchased several pints of ice cream including Limited Time Strawberry Chocolate Chip. All were tasty and rich-Best part about their ice cream I found was the size of the chocolate chips are sometimes larger than quarters! Yummy!

The young people working there were extremely friendly and helpful to set up the app and find my rewards number so I could keep my points.
